BUZZKILL is a French post-punk duo formed in 2024, with influences from cold wave, synth-punk, and industrial music. Edgy rhythms, icy synths, and saturated bass power through their tracks, while a deep female voice floats above the chaos. Minimalist yet intense, each note builds tension and atmosphere, sculpting a dark and immersive universe. A raw, direct and uncompromising sound that is as chilling as it is danceable.
After releasing their album “Wasteland” on cassette and as a limited edition CD, Manic Depression is re-releasing the album in Digipack and vinyl formats in early March, believing that this duo, with their tense, obvious yet personal music and highly effective coldness, deserved greater visibility.
