Marqu\u00e9 par le post-punk de la fin des 80\u2019s, le son du groupe oscille entre synth\u00e9s a\u00e9riens, beats industriels et guitares shoegaze, tout en refl\u00e9tant l\u2019amour de Chombart pour les bandes originales, le minimalisme d\u2019Arvo Part, l\u2019inqui\u00e8tant isolationnisme du Vangelis de Blade Runner.<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9cum\u00e9 les clubs de Paris et de New-York, le groupe passe l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2013 sur la production de son premier album \u00e9ponyme, confi\u00e9e au membre-fondateur d\u2019Avgvst, Aurelien Delamour. Atmosph\u00e9rique et anxiog\u00e8ne, la musique de People Of Nothing s\u2019affirme dans un son particuli\u00e8rement m\u00e9lancolique et des textes sombres.
